Every larger parcel carries a QR sticker. Scan it and the box introduces itself — it shows where it has travelled, hides a message in a bottle for you and asks you to pass it on. The more journeys, the fewer new boxes we make.

If your order arrives by 1 PM on a business day, we pack and dispatch it the same day. Anything later goes out first thing the next business day. On weekends and holidays the parcel rests with us.

In der Regel ja. Die Multitool-Zange und die Multitool-Karte nehmen Sie aber besser heraus – einigen Kunden wurden sie bei der Sicherheitskontrolle abgenommen. Das Erste-Hilfe-Set mit Mini-Flakon und Klappschere gehört besser ins Aufgabegepäck. Die Regeln unterscheiden sich je nach Airline und Land, also bitte vorher prüfen.

Bitte nicht wegwerfen! Wir bauen Ausrüstung fürs Leben, nicht für die Mülldeponie. Dose und Werkzeuge halten jahrelang; Verbrauchsmaterial (Pflaster, Desinfektion, Wassertabletten) lässt sich leicht nachfüllen. Auf unserer Website finden Sie alle Ersatzteile – Sie bestellen genau das nach, was Sie verbraucht haben.

Ganz einfach. Jedem Kit liegt ein Packschema mit Link zu einer Videoanleitung bei. Ehrlich gesagt geht es aber auch ohne: Flache Teile als unterste Schicht nach unten, den Rest obendrauf – fertig.
