02 Your order’s journey
From click to unboxing
No black box. At every step you know where your parcel is. Larger orders travel in our Traveller Box — a box with a QR code that introduces itself and asks you to pass it on instead of binning it.

We check every box, wrap it in recycled paper and send it in our Traveller Box.

Traveller Box
A box that doesn’t end up in the bin
Every larger parcel carries a sticker with a QR code. Scan it and the box introduces itself — it shows where it has travelled, hides a message in a bottle for you, and asks you to pass it on. The more journeys, the fewer new boxes we have to make.
- Scan the QR — the box introduces itself and shows its journey and stats
- Message in a bottle — leave a note for whoever gets the box next
- Pass it on — you and the next person can both get a discount
−1
one fewer new box every time you pass it on. We count it for you.
