No black box. At every step you know where your parcel is. Larger orders travel in our Traveller Box — a box with a QR code that introduces itself and asks you to pass it on instead of binning it.

A box that doesn’t end up in the bin
Every larger parcel carries a sticker with a QR code. Scan it and the box introduces itself — it shows where it has travelled, hides a message in a bottle for you, and asks you to pass it on. The more journeys, the fewer new boxes we have to make.
