Yes. For an additional fee we can engrave a name, a dedication, a special milestone or a favourite quote onto the bottom of the tin. Engraving is done in-house and immediately, so it won't cause any delivery delays.

Yes, you have 14 days to return it, no reason needed. Just drop us a line and we'll sort out the rest.

Of course. Tick 'this is a gift' at checkout, add your message and we'll write it by hand on a card. We never put the price on the parcel — the recipient won't find it.

For shipments outside the EU, customs and VAT may be charged on delivery under your country's rules.

By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay / Google Pay or bank transfer — all free. We ship bank-transfer orders once the payment clears.

After dispatch you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link. You can follow the parcel and you'll be notified once it's ready.

Sustainably. Recycled cardboard, paper fill and paper tape — fill that dissolves in water, or reused packaging that reached us. Every order comes with a handy 3D-printed gift made from material we'd otherwise not use.

You choose at checkout: an international courier (DHL / GLS / UPS) door-to-door with full tracking, or a pickup point / parcel locker near you. The exact price and delivery estimate for your country appear at checkout.

No problem. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we'll get in touch to arrange a re-send (the second dispatch is then at your cost).

Every larger parcel carries a QR sticker. Scan it and the box introduces itself — it shows where it has travelled, hides a message in a bottle for you and asks you to pass it on. The more journeys, the fewer new boxes we make.

Spend over our free-shipping threshold and shipping is on us — no exceptions in the fine print. The current threshold is shown in your cart at checkout.

If your order arrives by 1 PM on a business day, we pack and dispatch it the same day. Anything later goes out first thing the next business day. On weekends and holidays the parcel rests with us.

Usually yes. For kits with multi-tool pliers or a multi-tool card we recommend removing them — a few customers have had these confiscated by airport security. The First Aid Kit, with its mini liquid flacon and folding scissors, is better packed in checked luggage. Rules vary by airline and country, so always check beforehand.

Please don't throw it away. We build gear for life, not for landfills. The tin and the hardware last for years; consumables (plasters, disinfectant, water tablets) are easy to top up — we keep a full catalogue of spare parts on the website, so you reorder exactly what you used.

Easily. Every kit comes with a schematic diagram and a link to a video guide. But honestly, you can do it without them: place the flat items at the bottom to create a base layer, stack the rest on top, and you're good to go.
